| Firefighter II Observation and Certification Assessment |
| Description: | This course prepares and assesses students who have successfully completed the Firefighter II training standards for the California State Fire Marshal Office Firefighter II certification examination. Students can contact the Director of the Public Safety Training Center or refer to the State Fire Marshal Office web site for additional information. |
| Limits on Enrollment: | A signed statement by the agency's Fire Chief identifying the sponsored student has completed all SFT cognitive and psychomotor requirements for Firefighter II; Documented approval from SFT for a certification exam retest; Documented completion of an accredited Fire Academy and applying for certification testing. |
| Repeatability: | May be repeated once if grade was D or F. |
