Description:This is a first course in differential and integral calculus of a single variable: functions, limits and continuity, techniques and applications of differentiation and integration, and the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus. This course is primarily for science, technology, engineering, and math majors. [C-ID MATH 210]

 This is a hybrid live/online class taught using Canvas and Zoom. Students will be required to view recorded Lectures, and meet online each week M/T/W/Th at 1PM-2:30PM. The instructor will be available after class each day to provide extra help. Tests will be on Fridays. Students will need to purchase the online homework system WebAssign, which includes an e-book. Exams will be proctored in Canvas using the Proctorio extension in the Chrome browser, so students will need high speed internet and a computer capable of running Canvas, Chrome, and Proctorio, such as a Chromebook (which can be checked out from MPC). Students must have regular access to a computer with both a webcam and high-speed Internet access and be familiar with using the Internet. Click on the Lobo Apps link on the MPC website to access Canvas, your MPC e-mail, and other online tools.
