Introduction to Research Methods in Psychology
Description:This course surveys various psychological research methods with an emphasis on research design, experimental procedures, descriptive methods, instrumentation, and the collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of research data. Research design and methodology are examined through a review of research in a variety of the subdisciplines of psychology. Portions of instruction may be offered online; also offered fully online. [C-ID PSY 200]
Prerequisites:MATH 16 or PSYC 19 or SOCI 19; PSYC 1
Recommended Preparation:Completion of or concurrent enrollment in ENGL 1A
Transferability:CSU; UC 
Repeatability:May be repeated once if grade was D or F.
