Description:This course is a continuation of PFIT 15B. It continues the study of body conditioning based on the method of Joseph Pilates at an intermediate/advanced level. Designed for varying fitness levels and abilities, Pilates is a system of strengthening and stretching exercises that tone muscles, provide flexibility and balance, improve posture, and promote stress reduction.
Prerequisites:PFIT 15B
Transferability:CSU; UC 
Repeatability:May be repeated once if grade was D or F.
