Engineering Design Graphics |
Description: | This course introduces the graphical tools used by engineers to support and enhance the engineering design process. Topics include spatial reasoning skills, orthographic projections, mechanical dimensioning and tolerancing practices, and the engineering design process. Assignments develop sketching and 2-D and 3-D CAD skills. The use of CAD software is an integral part of the course. Portions of instruction may be offered online; may also be offered fully online. |
