Emergency Medical Technician Basic Training is designed to meet the Department of Transportation, National Registry of EMTs, and State of California requirements for certification as an EMT-Basic (Ambulance) crew member. |
| Prerequisites: | Corequisite: EMMS 170B; and Non-Course Prerequisite: Students must have completed a CPR basic life support for the healthcare provider level that meets the most recent American Heart Association guidelines. |
