Description: | This course provides an in-depth exploration into the flavors of the world and the effects of geographic location, laws, tradition, and the winemaker have on wines. It expands on HOSP 40 with a deeper look into the practice of wine sales and service in the industry and a greater focus on tasting wine from around the world and learning the basics of blind tasting. |
