Fitness and Wellness Strategies |
Description: | This course addresses lifetime wellness, considering psychological, social, and physiological factors. Students assess current lifestyle patterns in the areas of physical fitness, health risks, nutrition, and stress management. They develop reasonable, specific and measurable goals for behavioral change as part of a wellness/lifestyle plan. To satisfy CSU Area E, student must also complete one unit from the following: PFIT 10A, 18A, 21A, or 22A. Also offered online. |
