Description:This course introduces beverages commonly prepared and served in restaurants and food service establishments. Descriptions, characteristics, sources, and preparation and service techniques for coffees, teas, chocolate beverages, wines, and beers will be studied. Wine and beer tasting are not included. Lab included.
Recommended Preparation:Elig for ENGL 111 & 112 or ENSL 110 & 155
